With over five years of experience in radio communications, ELV design, and technical solution engineering, Abubakr Gadallah brings a dynamic mix of technical capability and customer-focused solution development to the TLMA Comms team. Known for his precision, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, Abubakr plays a key role in delivering modern, reliable communication and security solutions for diverse operational environments.

Abubakr’s expertise spans RF communication systems (P25, TETRA, DMR, HF/VHF/UHF), CCTV and surveillance infrastructure, access control, KNX smart building technologies, intercom systems, structured cabling, and full ELV solution design. From system architecture to technical proposals, compliance documentation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis, he ensures that every solution is engineered with clarity, accuracy, and long-term value in mind.

His field experience includes installing and programming Hytera Tier III systems, conducting coverage studies, antenna testing (VSWR), and supporting P25 system upgrades from Phase 1 (Master III) to Phase 2 (Master V). He has worked directly with leading brands such as Harris, Hytera, Tait, and Motorola, building a solid hands-on foundation across multiple radio technologies.

In addition to his engineering work, Abubakr excels in pre-sales support—translating complex technical requirements into clear customer proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as ADMCC, MOI, and TRA, and coordinating with vendors to deliver the best-fit solutions.

A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, Abubakr helps clients understand their systems and make informed decisions that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational capability.
